Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead daily jobsite operations for commercial/industrial projects in North Charleston, SC. The role covers mobilization through closeout on-site, with competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Superintendent experience, can coordinate subcontractors and trades, read drawings and schedules, and uphold safety and quality on jobsites. Travel to Southeast projects and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active jobsites.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Experience developing look-ahead plans and managing project sequencing.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices, inspections, and quality control.
• Experience managing site logistics, deliveries, and daily field documentation.
• Ability to communicate with owners, design teams, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Proficiency with construction management and field reporting tools.
• Ability to travel to projects throughout the Southeast.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations and guide projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Own field execution and coordinate with project management and preconstruction teams.
• Read drawings, specifications and construction schedules to ensure accurate field work.
• Develop look-ahead plans and manage project sequencing.
