• Minimum 5+ years as a superintendent on commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, submittals.
• Procore daily logs, photos, RFIs, submittals, drawings, punch lists.

Responsibilities

• Own daily project schedule and three‑week lookahead.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, equipment and inspections.
• Manage manpower, punch lists, and site safety program compliance.
• Document delays with photos and written notices to PM.
• Maintain RFIs and submittals in Procore; manage closeout docs.
