Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. in Minot, ND. is seeking a Project Engineer to support field and office operations, interpret drawings, and manage submittals and RFIs.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, track schedules and costs, and help with turnover documentation, safety compliance, and quality control on commercial building projects. This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, OSHA-30, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to manage costs, scope, and schedules.
• Manage submittal process with schedules and distribution via project software.
• Create and track RFIs, post responses, and monitor schedule impacts.
• Schedule and document meetings, distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout docs, warranties, manuals, as-builts, and training deliveries.
• Support punch list closure, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure turnover documentation is archived and accessible.
