Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support our construction projects in Colorado. This role requires reading and interpreting drawings, preparing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors and the client.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Construction Management (or related) and experience with MS Office and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 or ability to obtain is preferred; travel to multiple job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams).
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs; maintain and distribute drawings; track costs, scope and schedule impacts; ensure as-builts and markups are accurate.
• Manage submittal process; create submittal schedules; ensure updates in project management software.
• Create, track, and maintain RFI workflow; distribute RFIs and post responses; track impacts.
• Schedule and document meetings; distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout docs (warranty, O&M manuals, as-builts); coordinate owner training and red-line drawings.
• Close punchlist items with project team; manage permits and licensing processes.
