Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from preconstruction through punch list.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and inspection activities.
• Maintain project schedules and drive solutions to risks.
• Review drawings and contract documents for accurate execution.
• Facilitate site meetings and maintain communication with teams and clients.
• Monitor quality control and document progress using Procore or similar.
• Mentor field personnel and coordinate multi-trade activities.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of site safety.
• Ensure work complies with codes, contract requirements, and company expectations.
