Qualifications

• 20+ years of hands-on experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering ground-up, renovation, and/or tenant improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Partner with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and execute project schedules.
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with plans, specifications, and codes.
• Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Optimize site logistics, resource allocation, and productivity for maximum efficiency.
• Mentor and develop junior superintendents and field personnel.
