KRC Machine Tool Solutions is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to be permanently assigned to a customer site in Washington. This site-based role requires strong communication, thorough documentation, and comfort working with customer personnel throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC and machine tool equipment per manufacturer and site-specific PM schedules.
• Inspect, adjust, lubricate, and calibrate machinery to prevent unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all PM activity, inspections, parts used, and work performed in the site's maintenance tracking system.
• Communicate proactively with customer personnel — operators, supervisors, and site management — about equipment status, scheduled work, and any concerns.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for KRC, representing the company professionally in daily interactions with the customer team.
• Track parts usage and inventory, and coordinate with KRC's parts and service teams to keep the site properly stocked.
• Follow all site-specific and OSHA safety protocols.
• Recommend process or equipment improvements based on on-site observations and trends.
