Job summary

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a skilled Machine Repair Mechanic to maintain and repair essential equipment across Washington State. You will perform preventive maintenance on NC/CNC machines, gearboxes, and other plant machinery while coordinating with customers and engineers to keep production on track.

This on-site role requires safety minded, detail oriented technicians who can read drawings, use test equipment, and troubleshoot complex systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as CNC machine repair mechanic or similar equipment repair.
• Willing to work at heights up to 125 feet and pass Fall Protection Training.
• Willing to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions on factory machinery including NC/CNC tools and controllers, gearboxes and generators.
• Develop maintenance procedures when documentation is not available and devise tools to facilitate work.
• Obtain job assignments from data systems, management or engineers.
• Review and interpret work orders, technical manuals and drawings to determine repairs.
• Analyze drawings and hydraulic schematics to perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
