Job summary

KRC Machine Tool Solutions seeks a Preventative Maintenance Technician assigned to a Washington site. This on-site, non-travel role provides daily support to a single customer team and requires clear communication and meticulous documentation.

You will perform PM on CNC and machine tools, troubleshoot issues, maintain records in the site maintenance system, and collaborate with operators, supervisors, and site management to keep equipment reliable and safe.

Qualifications

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC and machine tool equipment per PM schedules (site-specific).
• Inspect, adjust, lubricate, and calibrate machinery to prevent downtime and extend life.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues.
• Maintain accurate, detailed PM records in the site's maintenance system.
• Communicate proactively with operators, supervisors, and site management about status and concerns.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for KRC with the customer team.
• Track parts usage and inventory; coordinate with service teams to keep stock.
• Follow all site-specific and OSHA safety protocols.
• Recommend process or equipment improvements based on observations.

Responsibilities
