Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is expanding its Mississippi clinical roster to support on-site assignments at State of Mississippi agency healthcare facilities in and around Hattiesburg.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) positions offer $16.25–$19.00 per hour (W-2, assignment-based). Weekend/holiday/hazard differentials are paid when those shifts are worked. Strong preference for candidates with long-term care, per diem, or contract CNA experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Active MS Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience in healthcare.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and reposition patients.
• Vaccinations up to date, including influenza and COVID-19.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in all areas of physical care and hygiene.
• Participate in activities with residents.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and repositioning.
• Perform housekeeping in resident care areas.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the supervising nurse.
