Job summary

Red Hat Consulting Services is seeking an Architect to join our team in the Netherlands. You will work at the customer site as a subject matter expert in Red Hat's infrastructure and cloud technology, guiding on-site delivery and implementations.

You will upskill through Red Hat University and the wider consulting team, lead architecture and deployment of open source solutions, and adapt to evolving customer needs while traveling as required. Strong English and Dutch communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in a consulting role.
Experience with infrastructure and cloud technologies (virtualization or containers).
Foundational knowledge of modern software delivery life cycle.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Excellent English and Dutch communication.
Dutch citizenship.

Responsibilities

Act as customer-site SME for Red Hat infrastructure and cloud technology.
Lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat solutions.
Define system architecture, software specification and design, testing and deployment of open source solutions.
Upskill knowledge using Red Hat University and consulting team support.
Adapt to changing customer requirements and respond to incidents and escalations.
