Job summary

Hamilton Health Box, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Clinician/Medical Assistant to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at our clinic network. You will schedule visits, perform protocol-driven care, conduct screenings, and support collaborative care with providers and pharmacy services.

Travel between local clinics may be required. The role requires CMA certification and BLS, strong communication, and the ability to work with EMR systems to document visits and health education.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with clinician responsibilities across clinical and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with staff, patients, and partners.
• Experience with EMR systems and conducting health education and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
• Formulate individualized programs based on health risk assessments.
• Assist with annual physicals and screenings; coordinate follow-ups and results reporting.
• Coordinate referrals to other providers and document progress in medical records.
• Conduct health education sessions and health fairs; track utilization and outcomes.
