Job summary

M3 Wake Research in Dallas, TX is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support daily trial activities under the PI and site management.

The CRC will screen participants, maintain study records, and coordinate data collection while ensuring compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and trial protocols. On-site work with a collaborative clinical research team at a leading independent CRO.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of CRC experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CRC experience.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Read and understand complex protocols, follow detailed directions, and multi-task.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• GCP Certification or Advanced CRC preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and review potential study participants for eligibility.
• Maintain case report forms, charts, and documentation.
• Mentor and oversee other coordinators and research assistants.
• Ensure activities comply with protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with study start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
