Job summary

Care Access is seeking aClinical Research Coordinator to support screening, enrollment, and monitoring of study subjects in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes GCP compliance, FDA regulations, and strong patient coordination to ensure protocol adherence and high-quality data.

You will collaborate with investigators and site staff, manage regulatory documents, and mentor CRC I peers while maintaining timely visits and accurate data capture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3 years prior Clinical Research Coordinator experience required
• Recent phlebotomy experience required

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll and monitor clinical trial subjects per protocol.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and GCP adherence.
• Prescreen candidates and obtain informed consent.
• Collect and review data, blood draws, vital signs, ECGs; alert investigators as needed.
• Coordinate visits and site communications with investigators and staff.
• Mentor CRC I peers and assist with onboarding.
