Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to lead project teams and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects and client relationships in the Philadelphia area. The role requires coordinating from award to completion, producing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.

You will work on-site, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining strong client communication and adherence to GMP expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 1 to 4 years’ experience in a customer service or appropriate business-related area preferred.
• Professional Project Management Qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from award to completion ensuring planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked.
• Attend client meetings/teleconferences/audits and generate required project documentation.
• Receive, monitor and manage client supplied label text/Randomizations, drug, components and materials and ensure delivery to internal functions.
• Forecast M&P revenue, PM revenue, and supply chain to support site forecast process.
• Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators.
