Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects in San Diego, from initiation through completion. You will ensure timelines, maintain strong client relationships, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality results. This is a 100% onsite role with core responsibilities across multiple business lines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a scientific setting, and 1+ year in a client-facing PM capacity. Proficiency in MS Office and project tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science required.
• 3+ years in an industry or scientific environment.
• 1+ year in a client-facing position (PM role preferred).
• Proficient with PC and Internet; advanced with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Set timelines, monitor actions, and ensure milestones.
• Organize meetings with clients and internal teams; record minutes.
• Forecast project completion dates for billing; manage scope changes.
