TEEMA is seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our on-site laboratory team in California. You will perform high-quality testing and deliver timely results that influence patient care and medical decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, an active California CLS license, and at least one year of clinical lab experience. You will maintain QC records, operate instruments, and support inventory and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Active California CLS License (Required).
• At least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and documented before testing.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Manage sample processing, transport, and accessioning per regulatory standards.
• Keep records of quality control, equipment maintenance, and test results.
• Assist with inventory management and supplies labeling/organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
