Job summary

Hope the Mission is seeking a Client Service Monitor (Interim) to support on-site housing programs. The role emphasizes safety, routine maintenance, and respectful interaction with participants experiencing homelessness.

The candidate will perform wellness checks, assist with intake and orientation, distribute supplies, and help ensure compliance with program rules while maintaining compassion and professionalism in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance and sanitation to ensure safety and readiness.
• Monitor participant safety, site activity, and program compliance.
• Conduct wellness checks and respond to incidents with trauma-informed care.
• Assist with participant intake, orientation and access to resources.
• Complete daily activity reports and HMIS documentation as applicable.
• Support shift transitions and communicate updates between teams.
• Transport participants as directed and maintain vehicle readiness.
