Qualifikationen

• Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge to interpret plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Budgeting skills to manage project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Experience in civil/site-work construction, utilities, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are expected.
• Proficiency with project management software and common office applications is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is desirable.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement is required.

• Oversee civil construction projects from planning through closeout, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with field supervisors and subcontractors.
