Job summary

The role requires a CM/engineering/business background, strong scheduling and cost control, and excellent communication. You will liaise with owners, developers, and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, Bus, or related field.
• Experience with civil or site development contractors.
• Proven PM for $2M–$10M projects.
• Strong scheduling and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with PM tools.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specs.
• Excellent leadership and communication.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA 30 or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple site development projects from start to finish.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare progress reports and logs.
• Closeout projects with punch lists and final docs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
