Job summary

Memorial Health System is seeking an on-site dietary assistant to prepare nutritionally balanced, family-style meals for Memorial Child Care children and staff. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Licensure/Certification/Registry: Certification in Food Service Sanitation by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health required.

• Provide 3 letters of reference per DCFS requirements
• Hold or be able to obtain, within 90 days, First Aid/CPR certification
