Job summary

Seven Counties Services is seeking a licensed master’s level clinician to provide a range of clinical services in a community setting. The role includes intakes, group and individual therapies, and crisis intervention, along with thorough documentation and treatment planning.

You will collaborate with schools, families, and other health agencies, participate in treatment planning meetings, and prepare court reports or letters as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services with certification or licensure in area of specialization.
• 3–6 months internship or practicum experience.
• Basic knowledge of psychotherapy, human behavior, and treatment concepts.
• Ability to handle a caseload with varying client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including intakes and therapies (group, individual, family) and crisis intervention.
• Maintains and completes service documentation (psychosocial assessments, case notes, reports) per standards.
• Conducts case reviews and treatment planning based on progress and outcomes.
• Collaborates with school officials, family members, and other health agencies regarding programs and client needs.
• Attends staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, conferences, and seminars.
• Writes correspondence for clients and families (court reports, letters) according to standards.
