Job summary

Zerocater is seeking On-Site Catering Attendants to support day-to-day meal operations at client sites. You will engage with guests, assist with food layout, ensure cleanliness, and relay feedback to HQ. This is a part-time on-site role with a strong emphasis on hospitality and customer service.

You will work closely with teams to ensure smooth meal service and a positive guest experience. A Food Handler's Certificate is preferred or obtainable, with costs covered by Zerocater.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, food service (highly preferred), or a similar customer-facing role.
• You are willing to work as a team and help others to ensure smooth execution.
• You are responsible, attentive and can work effectively with little supervision.
• You have a real passion for food service and a customer first mentality.
• Must have a Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one (cost covered by Zerocater).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Delivery Intake: ensure smooth transportation of food from loading dock to client space; verify items and meals.
• Oversee Meal Set-up/clean-up: guide food layout, set up equipment, manage presentation, replenish dishes, store leftovers.
• Maintaining Cleanliness/food safety: keep serving areas clean and organized throughout service.
• Customer Experience: greet guests, interact to ensure satisfaction, respond to requests and concerns.
• Meal Feedback: inventory food before/after, gather employee preferences, communicate with HQ.
