Job summary

Zerocater is seeking an on-site Catering Attendant to support our meal service at client sites in Oregon. You will greet guests, help with meal setup and breakdown, ensure clean-serving areas, and respond to guest needs to enhance the overall experience.

You will work part-time, earning $21.00 per hour, with a monthly cell phone stipend and a 401(k) match. A Food Handler's Certificate is preferred or candidates can obtain one with costs covered by Zerocater.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service.
• Strong customer-service attitude.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Food Handler's Certificate preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Delivery Intake: ensure smooth transportation of the food from loading dock to the client space; verify items delivered.
• Oversee Meal Set-up/clean-up: assist with food layout, equipment, presentation, and storage of leftovers.
• Maintaining Cleanliness/food safety: keep serving areas clean and organized during service.
• Customer Experience: greet guests, address questions, ensure satisfaction with service.
• Meal Feedback: inventory food before/after, gather preferences, share feedback with HQ.
