Responsibilities

• Lead full on-site execution from arrival through breakdown.
• Manage timelines and service flow with Culinary Leads.
• Direct supervisors, servers, and bartenders with clear expectations.
• Coach in real time and uphold professionalism.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients.
• Communicate with venues and vendors and resolve issues quickly.
