This is a hands‑on leadership role in the field. It is not an office position and not a sales role. If you take ownership, solve problems in real time, and lead from the front, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full on‑site execution from arrival through breakdown
• Manage timelines and service flow in coordination with Culinary Leads
• Direct supervisors, servers, and bartenders with clear expectations
• Coach in real time and uphold professionalism
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients
• Communicate with venues and vendors and resolve issues quickly

What It Takes

• 2+ years of banquet captain, catering lead, or hospitality leadership experience
• Wedding or large‑scale event experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10–30 staff

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vans and box trucks

Schedule & Availability

Part‑time role requiring two weekend days (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday), particularly during peak seasons of May, June, September, October, and December. Hours extend based on event volume.
