Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager to join our team. You will support attorneys by developing settlements, preparing documents, and handling correspondence while maintaining a client-focused, empathetic approach.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage a varied caseload, and communicates effectively with clients, providers, and insurance carriers. This on-site role offers the opportunity to work closely with our team and gain hands-on experience in personal injury

Qualifications

• Experience as Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and juggle deadlines.
• Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies and medical providers.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during treatment.
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Work directly with coworkers involved in case files and maintain organized files.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and submit to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
