Morgan & Morgan seeks an organized High Value Case Manager to support attorneys by developing settlements, preparing documents, and managing a varied caseload. The role emphasizes client-centric service with a strong focus on attention to detail and communication.

The position is on-site in Birmingham, AL, with a generous bonus plan and opportunities to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with experience in legal or insurance settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; legal or insurance background is a plus.
• At least 2 years in legal or insurance adjuster roles.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive daily interaction with clients, insurers, and providers.
• Order medical records and communicate with providers.
• Obtain documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare demands.
• Collaborate with attorneys and present case summaries.
• On-site role five days per week.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
