Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills; data entry and records maintenance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with caregivers, clients, and staff.
• Customer service mindset with prompt, calm issue resolution.
• Basic computer proficiency including scheduling systems, email, and standard office software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy handling confidential information and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site full time in South Daytona, FL and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in home care, healthcare administration, or scheduling coordination preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare/administration training is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with caregiver onboarding/scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver intake processes, collecting and verifying documentation.
