Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona seeks a physician to deliver direct patient care at our Arizona care centers. Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Graduated from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal relationships with colleagues and patients.
• Familiarity with integrated team-based care and value-based care concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clinic patients in accordance with standards of care.
• Coordinate patient services and refer to network resources as needed.
• actively participate in daily huddles and care team discussions.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical record documentation.
• Comply with policies defined by Clinical Leadership and BCBS AZ.
