Ideal candidates have 2+ years in admin support and strong customer service, with a focus on community engagement and staff coordination. On-site living is required for on-call coverage and emergencies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for residents and provide support.
• Stay informed on university resources and company initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate administrative processes to improve resident experience.
• Organize and evaluate resident events and programs with student staff as needed.
• Oversee lease policy enforcement and resident misconduct handling with supervision.
• Address resident concerns following escalation protocols.
