Job summary

Responsibilities include developing briefs for Sponsor review, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with MOE Analysts to ensure campaigns are data-driven and aligned with Sponsor objectives.

Qualifications

• Level 1: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in communications activities or related fields (e.g., account-based marketing, PR, digital media, advertising, journalism; or 2 years in military psy-ops/COVIN operations).

Responsibilities

• Design and plan strategic communications campaigns using established frameworks with data-informed operations.
• Develop and coordinate Campaign Management Briefs for Sponsor review and approval.
• Manage relationships with Sponsor partners and stakeholders; facilitate integration into campaign execution.
• Prepare formal written products and brief Sponsor leadership as directed.
• Coordinate with MOE Analysts to ensure designs incorporate effectiveness data and align with Sponsor objectives.
