RealmOne in McLean, VA is seeking a Campaign Manager Team Lead to oversee a team of campaign planning professionals for a key USG customer. The role emphasizes strategic communications, coordination of operations, and measurement of campaign effectiveness to deliver mission impact.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in campaign management, team leadership, and the ability to present concepts to senior leaders while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• Seven (7) years of experience managing communication activities or supporting military operations with related fields.
• Two (2) years contributing to external-facing communication projects.
• Four (4) years managing communications teams.
• Familiarity with Customers processes, procedures, and systems for operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Campaign Managers supporting strategic communications, campaigns, or information operations.
• Design, develop, and execute integrated communication campaigns using strategic planning frameworks.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels.
• Utilize data-driven planning methodologies to develop, assess, and refine campaign strategies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies with timelines and metrics.
• Prepare, edit, and coordinate professional messaging and executive correspondence.
• Present concepts and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to synchronize activities and objectives.
• Monitor execution and adjust based on data and feedback.
• Mentor campaign personnel and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and mission requirements.
