Job summary

Great Floors, a subsidiary of Artisan Design Group, is seeking a full-time Cabinet Service Technician based in Nampa, Idaho. The role focuses on servicing and repairing cabinets, moldings, and trim at job sites, with travel to residential and commercial locations as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in cabinetry, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. This in-person role offers full-time hours and site-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cabinet industry experience including installation and repair.
• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to clearly articulate points and manage multiple projects.
• Highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site visits and build builder relationships.
• Inspect cabinet installations and ensure quality standards.
• Perform measurements, adjustments, repairs, and touch-ups.
• Coordinate parts replacement and maintain service records.
• Communicate project status with internal teams and customers.
