Vallen is seeking an On-site Buyer who will be responsible for procuring products, goods, and materials at a customer location to meet price, quality, timing, and supply reliability standards. This role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and processing orders to ensure seamless replenishment and customer satisfaction.

You will review forecasts, approve replenishment suggestions, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and compliance

• Procurement activities to meet customer demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Review and approve forecasts and replenishment recommendations from inventory planning systems.
• Coordinate vendor returns for aging, expired, or excess inventory and manage supplier performance.

• Perform procurement to meet current and anticipated demand at customer locations.
• Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
