Join Vallen as an On-site Buyer, handling procurement at a customer location to ensure products meet price, quality, timing, and supply reliability. You will manage stock and non-stock purchases, align with client requirements, and drive value through efficient sourcing at the site.

You will review forecasts, place and monitor orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery. This role emphasizes cost savings, supplier relationships, and adherence to LEAN SOPs at a customer site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in procurement preferred; CPM certification is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong MS-Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management applications.

Responsabilités

• Procure goods to meet customer demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Review forecast and replenishment recommendations.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor PO orders; expedite as needed.
• Negotiate with vendors and coordinate returns for aging or excess stock.
• Monitor order status; communicate updates to customers and vendors.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare KPI data and ensure adherence to procedures.
