Dallas College is seeking qualified Faculty instructors to teach business technology courses at multiple campus locations in the Dallas area. Instructors will teach face-to-face classes from 8 AM to 4 PM and some Saturdays, with campus-based duties and the possibility of hybrid work after six months based on policy and responsibilities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, have MOS or CCS credentials, and bring three years of non-teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication with diverse populations.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Business Technology/Computer Education or related field plus three years of non-teaching experience or associate degree with MOS/CCS plus three years of non-teaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Teaches students in assigned classes and maintains office hours for consultation.
• Provides syllabus and evaluates instructional processes to improve learning.
• Maintains course records and supports discipline through curricula updates and teaching assignments.
• Ensures compliance with policies and participates in campus committee activities.
• Drives student advising, registration, and use of technology for learning and data access.
