Dallas College seeks faculty for multiple campus locations to teach Business Technology courses, including dual credit with high schools in the Dallas area. Classes run daytime 8 AM–4 PM and Saturdays; MOS certification is preferred for candidates with a bachelor's degree.

Instructors will use Dallas College's LMS for materials, grades, and communications, and must be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Technology, Business/Computer Education, or a computer-related field with three years of non-teaching, work-related experience.
Associate's degree or higher with MOS and/or CCS and three years of non-teaching experience.
Official transcripts required at interview.
Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

Provide students with a written course syllabus.
Evaluate instructional processes and use innovative strategies to improve learning.
Develop curricula and select teaching materials.
Maintain accurate course records and grading.
Collaborate with division dean and colleagues on goals and budgets.
Engage diverse communities and adapt instruction to learning styles.
Advise students and support registration processes.
Use technology to access data, generate reports, and communicate with students.
