MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking a on-site Business Systems Analyst to support NW Ohio manufacturing operations. The role collaborates with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive enterprise-wide improvements.

You will manage multiple projects, define requirements, and work with developers to implement capabilities while ensuring data security and process efficiency in a family-friendly, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree minimum; 2+ years as business/systems analyst.
• Proficient in SQL data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with cross-functional systems (accounting, maintenance, supply chain).
• Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports or Power BI.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in multiple system projects on-site.
• Define business requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Provide requirements to developers for custom solutions.
• Analyze processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain project timelines and milestones.
• Lead internal functional testing of new/modified items.
• Follow best practices for data security and integrity.
• Support end-user training and adoption.
