Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CFC Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with BAS operation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests including plumbing issues and lighting repairs.
• Interact with tenants, contractors, and property managers.
