Qualifications

• Licenses: COH Boiler license, CFC, and State Electrician license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Respond to work orders and tenant requests in a timely manner.
• Operate and monitor CMMS work orders daily.
• Assist with on-call and emergency response as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance per company procedures.
• Provide professional service to tenants and occupants.
