Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer’s License required.
• EPA Certification for refrigeration required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for safe operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment across multiple buildings.
• Read blueprints and schematics; follow safety and quality standards.
• Drive a forklift and operate a scissor lift as needed.
• Coordinate with clients and team to meet facility requirements.
