Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years HVAC or related experience.
• Ability to interact with employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Completion of Hines Engineering Training program.
• Proficient reading instructions and using testing equipment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more and climb stairs/ladders.
• Willingness to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• EPA CFC Universal Certification Technician or Boiler Operator permits when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services with minimal supervision.
• Supervise maintenance work as needed.
