Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial building engineering experience.
• Current RTU/HVAC experience required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple properties and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service building electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to emergencies and daily service requests via the work order system.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise outside contractors for improvements.
• Manage building inventory and ensure city/code compliance for all properties.
• Oversee building automation systems and review security/cctv as needed.
