Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Operating Engineer to maintain building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operation at our Anaheim, CA site. The role requires reading, basic math, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, keeping logs, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, and water systems. A high school diploma or GED and CA driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and CA driver's license.
• Ability to read and write in English; perform basic math.
• Experience maintaining building systems and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance and operation of building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, electrical, and water systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical components; monitor UPS and generators.
• Oversee contractors, maintain engineering logs and data sheets, ensure safety and quality standards.
