Responsibilities

• Inspects vacant rooms and common areas daily for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinates with Public Works or contractors to access occupied rooms as needed.
• Performs minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters and tracks completion of actions.
• Manages furniture, fixtures and equipment; ensures occupancy readiness and safety duties.
• Provides input for short and long range planning including snow removal and grounds work.
