Qualificações

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities maintenance with focus on BAS, electrical, HVAC and life-safety systems.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and understanding building systems.
• Familiarity with work order systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs and building upkeep in medical office buildings.
• Complete preventive and emergency maintenance in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and work orders.
• Read blueprints and operate BAS and related equipment.
• Utilize MS Office and mobile devices for work orders and communication.
