Job summary

PMB REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC is hiring for a Full Time position to manage day-to-day operation of Class A medical office buildings in Los Alamitos, CA. The role requires supervising vendors, coordinating tenant improvements, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of all building systems.

The candidate will handle on-site supervision at 3851 Katella Ave and occasional travel to other locations with mileage reimbursement; a minimum 4 years in maintenance and relevant certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with tenants and employees across departments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check including drug screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify vendors and bids for projects.
• Monitor vendor performance and on-site activities.
• Coordinate tenant improvements with PM, tenants, and vendors.
• Respond to tenant service calls and emergencies.
• Manage building systems to optimize tenant comfort and safety.
• Oversee tenant move-in procedures and access control.
