JLK Rosenberger LLP CPAs in Irvine, CA is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative Professional. You will handle bookkeeping for multiple clients and support daily office operations, maintaining accurate financial records and deadlines with a professional client-facing approach.

The role requires QuickBooks Online expertise and strong communication. It is an on-site, full-time position with the Firm Administrator reporting line and opportunity to work closely with CPA staff.

Qualificações

• Prior bookkeeping experience; experience in a CPA firm or handling multiple clients preferred.
• Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Axcess Practice.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing assignments, and handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online or other accounting software.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and payroll-related accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor bills and client invoices.
• Support month-end procedures with journal entries and GL review.
• Prepare financial reports for supervising accountant.
• Record payroll transactions and assist with payroll processing per client agreement.
• Maintain vendor W-9 records and year-end tax records.
• Communicate with clients to obtain documents and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
