Job summary

Candidates must have 10+ years in regulated manufacturing capital projects, Bachelor's in engineering, and direct biotech/pharma experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital projects across equipment, utilities, and facilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide capital projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop scope, schedule, and budget documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, operations, engineering, and quality stakeholders.
• Prepare URS, FS/DS, and other project documents.
• Support commissioning and qualification phases to verify system performance.
